Postmortem Brew Review
Copper in color with a slight haze.
Belgian yeast nose with fruity apricot scents.
Off-white creamy head. Lacing coats the glass.
Head simmers to a wisp leaving yeasty residues.
Mouth feel is silky. Apricot flavored taste; slight bitterness in finish.
Smooth, medium body.

Trappist Monks make perfection inside the walls of their monasteries as well as inside the walls of brown bottles.
